Art Direction, UI/UX Design, Information Architecture

Domus Nova is an independent estate agency leading the lettings and sales of design-led homes and villas in London and Ibiza

A brand with an enormous offering, Domus Nova came to us at Verb Brands with two primary goals: To streamline their digital presence and unify the London and Ibiza sectors of the company.

Simplifying the full picture

Starting with simplifying their offering, I led the leading of strategy workshops to narrow down their priorities.

Previously, the London and Ibiza were seen as separate entities under the Domus Nova brand. The company also had a huge library of articles and print magazines dating back from 2010.

Before any UI could be designed, sitemaps and wireframes were drafted to find the perfect link between letting, renting, editorial and concierge offering.

With a solid structure plan in place, we built a modular based UI kit taking influence from the visually stunning villas and apartments on the Domus Nova portfolio.

Packed with functionality

After a series of rounds building out functionality, the site was built with the following:

Story telling, from the property's view

With the goal of elevating the stunning photography at our disposal, we designed and developed a beautifully clean multi-lingual website that elevates the perception of what an estate agency website can be.

Made clear from Domus Nova's competitors and user base, it was a clear goal to not suffocate the imagery. The story comes from the property design, not superfluous UI.
